In addition to supporting private pay individuals, families, and groups, I am seeking community partnerships that serve those in need, so that TOGETHER, we can support your specific communities and their members

Below is a description of activities in which I have education, experience, and that I continue to perform in daily practice:

Talk Therapy – You talk, I listen and share in kind, thoughtful dialogue. You may choose to share stories about your past, issues in the present, and dreams for the future. I will share reflections and offer words of support and encouragement that will hopefully alleviate tensions and promote discovery. I am trained and experienced in several different methods of psychotherapy and use a blended method in practice depending on your needs.

Life Coaching – Many of us seek changes in life and may have challenges creating and sustaining change. I provide support in areas of interpersonal communication, appropriate exercise, healthy cooking and eating (ie. gluten-free, fruit-vegetable, whole-foods), and career decision-making. It’s a wide range of areas – “coaching” just means I am more directive and instructive than “therapy” depending on your needs.

Nature Walks – Yes, that’s right, let’s take a walk in nature! Fresh air and movement support clear thinking, emotional processing, and spiritual attention. I have education and experience with horticulture and am happy to share and learn more about the plants along the path. I also have experience in sport and movement so we can discuss physical benefits and challenges during the walk. Typical locations that I walk are Stadium Park, Atascadero Lake, and the Juan Bautista de Anza trail on the Salinas River. This is great combined with talk therapy and/or coaching.

Animal Visitation – If you love animals, we can visit a local animal sanctuary in Paso Robles. We can howl with huskies, greet goats, and banter with burros. This takes special scheduling, so if you are interested to spend time with the animals, let’s take time to arrange a visit.

Growing With Plants – Coming late Spring and Summer – I have two locations in Templeton that are in development and waiting for the end of the frosty nights. Preparations are underway, so that when the time comes, we can enjoy the glorious emergence of leaves, flowers, and fruits.
